Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Provide therapy sessions focused on achieving speech and language goals.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure is required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged children in school settings preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage collaboratively with team members and families.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements:
- Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology for the state served.
- Ability to travel and adapt to various school environments across different locations.
